बुद्धि की परिभाषा बिने के अनुसार- ” वुद्धि उचित ढंग से तर्क करने , उचित ढंग से निर्णय करने तथा आत्म विश्लेषक होने की क्षमता है । ” Intelligence may be characterized as inventiveness dependent upon comprehension and marked by purposefullness and corrective judgement . – Binet

बकिंघम के अनुसार ” -बुद्धि सीखने की योग्यता है । “

डियरबोर्न ने कहा है कि- ” बुद्धि अधिगम करने की क्षमता या अनुभवों से लाभ प्राप्त करने की योग्यता है । “

टरमैन ने कहा कि – ” व्यक्ति उतना ही बुद्धिमान होता है जितनी उसमें अमूर्त चिन्तन की योग्यता है । “
